Spanning a total of 17 days, the festival’s main activities are set to take place on Queensbridge Square. The square will have a working bakery (headed by some of the world’s most celebrated bakers such as Justin Gellatly), spaces for various culinary classes, and even a wine and coffee bar where people can enjoy the ever-popular fish and chips and have a swig of world-famous Aussie wine variants.
